Guidelines for User Groups

To ensure the best possible experience for all members, has established the following basic guidelines for using the Groups on the platform:

  • Ensure your posts are relevant to the discussion and not repetitive


  • Protect your employer’s interests. Do not post confidential information that is not approved for the public.


  • Posting logos or banners without permission is an infringement of the owner's copyright and is prohibited. Posting contact details of members of any industry/community  is against the privacy policy and will not be tolerated.


  • For announcements external to, you can place a URL in the comment instead of direct content. Note that other participants are free to copy the content published in comments. 


  • Make sure your comments/descriptions are concise. Avoid redundancy in content. Select a clear topic/subject while making a comment.


  • In some cases, comments have to be approved by the group moderator. This approval can take some time. Please don’t repeat your comments or leave unnecessary emails to the group moderator or admins while waiting for approval. If your comment is not visible even after a considerable time, please reach out to the group moderator.


  • is not liable, directly or indirectly, for the content posted in the forums and comments or for any damages as a result of loss of use, data or profits arising from or related to the use of the user groups and the information within the groups.


  • By posting content on the user groups, the author accepts that he is the owner of the content or the copyright of the content or has received the authority to use the content from the content owner. Even with the right permissions and authority, please don’t post any content that is confidential or critical to the Intellectual property rights.


  • Groups should only be created if they add value to the overall experience of its members. Redundant or spam groups will be deleted and the owners of these groups will be banned from making further groups.


  • Messages should not be posted if they encourage or facilitate members to arrive at any agreement that either expressly or impliedly leads to price fixing, a boycott of another's business, or other conduct intended to illegally restrict free trade. 


  • will not monitor the user groups individually. The moderators of the group are responsible for ensuring the guidelines are being followed in addition to the individual users. will act to remove, reject, delete or limit posts and accounts that are flagged by other users or  moderators as being inappropriate, rude or against the community standards and guidelines.


  • All rights are reserved with to remove or reject any post for any reason and to terminate access to any user who does not abide by the above guidelines.
